How is COVID-19 Affecting OivaShop®?
Despite the recent COVID-19 pandemic, we are still fully functional here at OivaShop®! We care about our customers and know you need charged devices, especially at times like these. We are still shipping all orders out Monday through Friday. To keep our employees safe, we have social distancing measures in place within our warehouse. This does mean that we have less staff working at one given time than usual, so there may be an extra 1-2 day delay for our OivaShop® shipping team to get new orders shipped out. Please also note that some shipping companies are also experiencing 1-2 day delays nation wide during this time. But don't worry, we are still here for you and to serve you! :)
Where are OivaShop® designed?
We are a proud American based company. Every OivaShop® product is hand designed by OivaShop® in Boston Massachusetts.
Where are you based where do you ship to?
Our OivaShop® LLC offices are based in good ol Massachusetts. We ship all of our products from the US, the only exception would be if we sold-out then we may ship from our other warehouse's overseas.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We ship all order Monday - Friday before 12:00 PM PST / 3:00PM EST The next day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped first thing after the weekend ensuring a speedy and quick delivery,
Please allow 5 - 25 days for delivery in the US. If you are in another country please allow 7 - 29 days for delivery. We also ship Worldwide :)

Where can I find my tracking number?
After placing your order we send you an email with your tracking number and where to track it. We will also follow up with you every two days until you receive your Lighters. We have 24/7 Customer service to ensure you are satisfied.
