If your product is not working, get a free replacement or a full refund (excluding any original shipping costs) within the first 30 days. If your product was damaged in shipping or you received a damaged product, we will happily exchange your product for a replacement at absolutely no additional cost to you as long as you contact us within the first 30 days from the date your order was delivered and if your order qualifies. An exchange can only be for the exact same item you purchased and cannot be swapped out for a different item or a different variant/color. You will be required to ship your item back before receiving a replacement or refund, however we may send you a shipping label if your order qualifies.
